Demonstrate each component of a fall assessment risk; including timed up and go (TUG), 30-second chair stand, and 4-stage balance test.

Recognize when to conduct a Mini-Cog or PHQ-9 on paper assessment.

Demonstrate the administration of a Mini-Cog and PHQ-9 screening and interpret the results.

Determine whether a patient should be referred to a provider for further evaluation regarding their depression or cognition status
